Dr. Amrita Sandhu-Gill
Hi! My name is Dr. Amrita Sandhu-Gill and I am a general dentist here at South Airdrie Smiles. I was born and raised in Edmonton, AB. I attended the University of Alberta and completed my undergraduate degree in Biological and Physical Sciences. I moved out east to Boston, MA to complete my dental degree at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, I moved back to Alberta and my husband and I have made Calgary our new home.
General Family Dentistry
From comprehensive exams, cleanings, and preventive therapy to complex smile reconstruction with implants, crowns, and fillings, we’re here by your side no matter what your dental concerns may be.
The best way to create healthy adult smiles is to provide preventive, educational dental care for young children. We see kids of all ages!
Is it possible to straighten your teeth without wearing metal braces? Absolutely! Invisalign is the original clear alignment therapy that uses removable trays to straighten your teeth.
Impacted third molars (“wisdom teeth”) can damage your healthy, straight smile. Find out if you need to have yours extracted by schedule a consultation.
About 15% of people let dental anxiety prevent them from seeing a dentist. If you are part of this group, we offer three different types of sedation to make your visit easier. Nitrous, or laughing gas, oral sedatives, and IV sedatives can relax your mind and body to varying levels.
